Some kind of required confirmation button. My credit card company told me to find a shopping cart that would require customer to read return policy before checkout???

We have this ourselves and just used one of the custom fields. You have ten in CCP. So we made one of them be a checkbox that is required by the user to check that states he/she has reviewed our terms.
