Can't get into website ... error message is ...
Script Execution Error
The following error was just encountered:
DBI connect('host=213.171.218.234;database=tillybaloushop','tillydatabase',...) failed: Access denied for user 'tillydatabase'@'server213-171-218-201.livedns.org.uk' (using password: YES) at /home/fhlinux201/t/tillybalou.com/user/htdocs/cgi-bin/ccp51/library/common/database.pl line 232
Anyone any ideas ... I'm not a techi BTW

First thing I would check is to see if you are using all the space you are allotted for your website. When you get close to or at full capacity, MySQL will bomb. If you have plenty of room let on your site, then call your host.

It looks like your Host company is FastHosts.
They have just changed the database (and control panel) passwords of all their customers following a security breach.
You'll need to contact them if they haven't sent you a letter about it.
Tel : 0870 888 3600, but be prepared to wait c 20 mins, as they are v busy !
(The same has happened to me.)
