I ran the updates and everything was working great and all of a sudden nothing can be added to the cart. A item could be added either as a registered user or guest but somehow now it will add nothing. The error message given is: 'An error was encountered while adding the selected item. Required information was not completed. Please try again.'
The site is cjars.com
If you go to the specific item it will add it but not from the catagory pages.
Any help would be appreictated.

Go to Home > ClickCartPro > Settings: Application Settings Menu > Remote E-Commerce Settings in your admin and make sure that your sites url and your secure url are listed in the Allowed Remote Product Page URLs field.

Tried it but it didn't work. I can add items from their individual locations but they will not add from the splash page or the catagory pages.

The site is not live.. wwwpapertopearls.org is the host name and IP 66.117.46.65 ... As there is a live site by this name running an older clickcartpro version, you'll need to use a hosts file entry to steer to the right box.

I think that your problem stems form the fact that you don't have the site accessible by the www url. The cart validates or only inserts items into the cart if they come from a valid site url and by that I mean one which you have declared in Home > ClickCartPro > Settings: Application Settings Menu > Remote E-Commerce Settings . Since I can't see the site with www url ( I get 404 not found errors) I wont be able to tell. If you moved the ccp6 files inside your current site dir so it could be found with wwwpapertopearls.org/khxc/index.php (or something like this) and set your site url through the installer to reflect the path you could test the site in real time.
The site does look good though.

The site cannot be made live until we switch it over. We are using the Windows host file to fool DNS into going to the new site and it does work fine. The problem only appeared after applying the 11/22 /2007 update. I suspect it was something that was tolerated under the previous code but breaks under the new code.
Perhaps I'll buy a support ticket and see what they can do with it.
