What's the bst way to transfare a shopping site. 1 can i copy the script via FTP and transfare to a other server. 2. our reinstall the script online and repalce some files to have my own settings back.

If the URL will stay the same you should be able to make a copy of the public and private directory as well as the database then restore them on the new server. If any of the real directory paths change in the process or the database name or connection information changes simply run the installer on the new server and update those things.
