I had a customer order a product off of my website, which has a MANDATORY "Choose Color" product option--which means they couldn't have even added the product to the cart without selecting a color. However, I cannot find any record of what color they selected. It's not on the invoice, and it's not indicated on my Order Confirmation email, etc. Everything else with options seems to be working correctly. I am very confused, and prefer not to call the customer to inquire about the color, as it seems silly and less-than-professional (although it appears that I may have to). Why is this not showing up?
I have checked to make sure the product option id is entered correctly, and the page seems to be functioning properly. What gives!?
Here is the product's page on my website:
Thanks for your help.

HI,
Not sure what is happening but i went to your site and the shopping cart already had this info in it:
Large Deco-Diner Dog Feeder
Choose a color for your Deco Diner: Flamingo Pink $70.00
Large Deco-Diner Dog Feeder
Choose a color for your Deco Diner: Capri Blue $70.00
Small Deco-Diner Dog Feeder
Choose a color for your Deco Diner: Capri Blue $52.00
You may have hard coded a link wrongly.
This might not have anything to do with your problem above - just thought you woiuld like to know my findings

Your category product listings, specials pages, new product listings, and search result listings all have an add to cart button with the small product display. When the customer adds the product to the cart from one of those locations, no options will be stored with the order. You might want to change your product display type to image & description, instead of with add button - that way the customer would have to go to the product detail page and select the options before adding the product to the cart. If you want to keep the add button on the small product displays and also get options with it, I recall some other posts on the forum about adding options to the small product displays - you might try searching on the topic to see what's been covered.
I can also confirm Charlie's observation about the existing cart. For some reason, when following the link you've given above, it is picking up an existing session, with a loaded cart. After going to your home page, I did get a new user number and a clean cart, but I found that behavior kind of strange. It probably has something to do with your SEO modifications, but I don't know exactly what the problem is.
