Invoice Printing and PDF Issue
How come when I view the CCP generated Invoice under my admin's "Manage Online Orders & View Invoices" section, the invoice looks great and is organzied with grey and light grey boxes, but when I try to save the invoice as a PDF all the boxes disappear and it just looks messy? I dont understand why it is doing this... and since I am having drop shippers stick the invoice in the packages before sending to the customer, I would like this to look the original, more professional way.
I need to print out an invoice to fax or email to the dropshipping companys. Any ideas or help with why the format is changing on me. I just want the invoice to look the way it does when I click on the invoice function. HELP!

In your browser, you need to find the print settings and look for a setting like "Print background colors & images". In IE, it's under the menu Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced Tab. In FireFox, it's under the menu File -> Page Setup. I belive if you enable that option, your PDF files should appear very much like the invoice does in the browser.
