I just recently purchased the ClickCartPro system. I downloaded the zip file to my hard drive, read the read-me, and uploaded all the files. I'm running on a Unix Server which supports perl.
From inside WS-FTP, I went to cgi-bin/ccp5 and used their edit feature to edit the perl files as it said to in the read me file.
My host, feature price, provided the following paths:
/s/vikingcasual.com/cgi-bin (to cgi-bin)
/s/vikingcasual.com/httpdocs (httpdocs)
To which I added on the additional folders needed depending which specific path was being asked for.
(ex. /s/vikingcasual.com/httpdocs/data/ccp5)
I read through the following link on your forum which discussed this 500 error and listed troubleshooting tips, none of which solved my problem.

The error log produced the following message when cp-admin.pl was run:
<Fri Jan 17 23:48:24 2003> <error> <client 68.45.86.98> Premature end of script headers: /usr/local/plesk/apache/vhosts/vikingcasual.com/cgi-bin/ccp5/cp-admin.pl
I don't know what else to do to try and fix this problem.
PLEASE HELP!!

Either you or your host should login using SSH (or a shell) and execute the following command while in the cgi-bin directory:
perl cp-app.cgi
If the script outputs HTML, look at your apache configuration file for answers. If it doesn't - look at the error message produces and fix accordingly.

I have unix hosted site. I use the .cgi files instead of the .pl I always thought that you would use the .pl for a windows based server and the .cgi files for a Unix(linx) based server. This is what I am getting at by looking at the files. The inetpub is windows based hosting usually I think!
