Recurring Payments And Affiliates
I am starting a monthly billed service company , the initial sale will be $50 for equipment and $20 for the first months service for a total of $70 after that I want to bill the $20 on a recurring monthly basis . I want to give the entire $20 first months service fee to the tier 1 affiliate for the sale and then 20% of each recurring sale to the tier 1 affiliate and 5% to the tier 2 affiliate . The recurring charges will be $20 . Can CCP handle this completely automatically ? I will most likely be using Authorize.net for my merchant gateway if that makes a difference .

No, it only handles single percentages per tier. You'd need to hack at it.
