During the initial installation of CCP, I am trying to integrate PayPal Pro. I am getting this error:
Script Execution Error
https not supported.
I've seen this post:
and I had the host reinstall the SSL Perl modules and refresh the server. Still no luck.
What should I try next? Thanks.
Here's a link to the cart I'm setting up:

I just tried your site and I didn't get that error. When I clicked the paypal link, I got:
Script Execution Error
The following error was returned:
There was a problem retrieving a response from the cURL executable. The executable was found, however it does not appear to be working properly.
There are a variety of causes for this. What type of server are you on?
Also, your checkout isn't quite secure because your images up top are being called from the insecure URL.

The most common cause of the error that Rachael got is that you haven't followed the instructions step by step and you may have missed the part about uploading the key file. If it isn't the key file that is missing, then check your path to cURL.

I forwarded these responses to my host and had them re-install the cart following all the instructions. I am still getting an error when try to check out using a credit card. I'm not worried about the PayPal link yet ... you need to scroll down to the bottom of the page to choose a credit card option.
Is there something that I can set within the admin control panel that is causing this to break down?

I just went through checkout and selected Paypal. Got clear through to the Paypal screen where I was presented with an error that says you haven't set up the proper paypal ID yet. Didn't see any cURL problems.
So I went back through the checkout again and selected credit card payment, entered my credit card info and hit selet. I then got thios error:
Script Execution Error
The following error was returned:
Protocol scheme 'https' is not supported
If you are using PayPalPro to process your credit cards as I surmise from the ptrevious posts, you need to go back over the instructions for setting up this method step by step and make sure it is all done and done properly. As I stated earlier, and you seemed to ignore, the biggest cause for this error is not putting your Paypal key file in the keys directory as instructed in the manual.

I still didn't get an error. I just went through your checkout, right up to the part where I would enter my credit card information (which I'm not going to do) and I received no errors. All of the checkout pages had an https prefix, but there were two problems. The first problem is with your certificate - the domain name doesn't match or something like that; my browser pops up a warning about it. And the other problem is that some of the images in your checkout are loaded from insecure (http, not https) URL's, so the checkout page is not fully secure. In Internet Explorer, this results in the lack of the padlock symbol in the status bar. In FireFox, you get a padlock with a slash through it. But at every stage short of the final credit card submission, the checkout did not generate any script errors. Are you getting that error only at the time you actually enter and submit a credit card?

Thanks for the heads-up about my images. I'll copy them into the secure folder.
As for the checkout, the error occurs when you supply a credit card number and click submit. I've been told that you can choose "Visa" and insert 4111111111111111 as the number and it will simulate a transaction. Not sure though ... I keep getting the 'https not supported' error upon clicking submit. I was told that as long as you enter a valid experiation date (i.e. something in the future) it will work. Not sure what 3 digit validation code to enter.
Not sure if I missed a setting in the control panel or if it is a hosting issue?

Not sure on that one. From what I can gather in forum searches, it's probably a problem with some missing PERL modules. Here are a couple of references on the forum that might be worth reading:
You might also try searching on "protocol and scheme and https" - you'll get a bunch of hits.
Good luck!
