If this has been addressed before, I could not find it in a search of the Forum. We have a lot of customers from Non-English speaking countries. Most of them know enough english to order but, most of them have problems with the required field of "States" when checking out. They don't know what "Not Applicable" means. They either click a random state, or e-mail us wanting to know what to do. Any ideas or coments?

Perhaps someone else could come up with a better suggestion but how well would it serve you to use the word "other" as opposed to "not applicable"?

How about having an option that says Non-US? This way all customers outside the US will know to select this option.
