While sending my first mail list message with the 5.1 software I got an internal server error. Checking the log I found this-

'malformed header from script. Bad header=/xxx/x/xxxxxxxxx/dead.let: /xxx/x/xxxxx/cgi-bin/xxxxx/cp-admin.cgi'

The mail list has 80 subscribers and I being one, did get the list message so am not sure what the deal is.

Should I be concerned? I didn't edit any mail scripts so doubt that is the problem.

I assume that at least one of the emails you have entered in there is in a bad format. Check your list and delete any odd looking emails.

I have this problem except I have 1200 subscribers. Couldn't the cart advise me what email addresses were bad and/or skip over them or handle it more gracefully?

Ot force them to enter a valid email address in the first place?

Looking through 1200 entries is going to take a long time.

ya kaz i am finding invalid emails in my subscribe list and its a pain to have to go through it.
