Re: Change Orders

Unfortunately, no. Well, I guess you could probably do some sort of manual database update for a fairly simple change like shipping, but adding an item would not seem practical. I thought about using  to do it, but haven't really tried it yet.

This happens to us all the time. We just pencil the change(s) on the printed invoice and do offline cc processing once it is ready to ship.

I have suggested that there is an "opportunity" for a backend order-management add-on to a number of the CCP partners, but none of them seemed to think it was a worthwhile project -- too complicated to develop and be able to sell cheap enough I guess...

*sigh*

Re: Change Orders

that seams amazing...people are always changing the minds to what they want and the fact that a simple change can not be made...wish i had known about his before...changes my whole mind about this software.

I would have thought that is essential to be able to do this

Re: Change Orders

I agree that this is a missing piece, as well as not being able to add an order though admin.

Re: Change Orders

We're looking into an interface like Amazon has for their customers for changing orders in CCP6.  It's extremely complex and will take a lot of time to code correctly.  Unfortunately CCP5.1 is not equipped to handle such radical changes to orders.
