How To Email People Who Purchased Certain Products

I am wanting to know if with ClickCart Pro .. it is possible to send an email out to people who purchased specific products?  Or even .. just purchasers of specific TYPES of products?

I know it is possible to send out an email to all registered users, but can the emails be targeted to go out to specific purchasers or people who are interested in certain TYPES of products?

Is anything like this possible?  If so, how??
