What is the easiest way to edit a customer's order after it has been placed? For example, customer A places an order for 6 items on Tuesday, then emails me on Wednesday to remove 1 item from his order. I need to update the order $ total and shipping. Putting that deleted item back into inventory would be nice but not necessary.
I would like the changes to show both in Admin and Customer Order Tracking.
