I like it a lot... it's free (postcard ware) and it doesn't change data formatting like Excel does.
It's the second dowload on the page.

Wow. Cool, esp. for people (clients!) that don't want or have Excel. Have you actually used this? Any chance of spyware inside the program??

While Excel will save csv files which are completely industry standard and correct, CCP does not always read these correctly as it needs to have EVERY field enclosed in quotes. Excel csv files only use quotes where they are needed (e.g. when there is a comma within a field).
CSVEd is indeed a good program and I have it and use it (especially for swapping between different types of delimit characters etc.), but it is a long way from being a real spreadsheet and this limits how useful it is.
I am now using OpenOffice Calc (the spreadsheet component) for my csv editing. This is pretty damned good, and the csv files it produces are fully quoted, whether or not the quotes are formally required. I can now open, modify and save the catalogue or product database files without any additional step. Great!
OpenOffice is, in case anyone doesn't know, a brilliant and Opensource office suite, available from . Get it now if you don't already have it!

This isn't correct. CCP reads the same exact format Excel produces (the industry standard) where quotes only encapsulate fields that contain escaped characters (like , or ").
