Bizarred Email Only To Fufillment, But Not Custom.
Hey odd problem, Contact etc works fine, as well as when the order is made the Fuffilment and the Owner gets the email fine, but it never gets to the customer?

What do your e-mail logs say? Can you tell if the e-mail making it to your local MTA (sendmail)? Is sendmail attempting to send it?

havnt checked the logs, but man is it strange, because If I do the test order with an email on the same server(domain) it works fine, meaning that I as the customer gets the email... but If I change it to hotmail or something I dont get it.

Sounds like the server's MTA is having trouble. I think the logs are the key to finding the problem.
