Can Ccp 5.0 Support Multiple Merchant Accounts

My dilemma:

I have a client who would like for a list of products to go through one merchant account and then have a list of separate products go through a different merchant account (the second account is for speciality items).  All of this while using the same store.

Can this be done?

If, so how?

No, this would need to be done with multiple installs.
