CCP5 - Software Update - Bad memory

"Hello. You are receiving this message because you have a ClickCartPro version 5 (CCP5) license active currently. Today we released a scheduled update to the software to enhance it's functionality and correct a few post-release issues. This message contains instructions for downloading the update., etc, etc,"
I downloaded the files from the links in the email - but can't remember if I ran the update or not on my installed ccp- silly me!
How can I tell if I'm running the latest release of CCP5?

Take a look at the Site Element named 'HTML Site Layout'. If you have tags in there that look like:
<CGIVAR>
instead of:
(CGIVAR)
Then you need to run the update.
