I'm new to ecommerce, and am wading through a sea of site traffic analysis companies/softwares/services.
To help me thin the herd, anyone got any recommendations?
The reports in the CCP Admin pages are a good start, but I'm looking for something a little more robust.
One thing I'd like to have is the flexibility to play with and rearrange data myself, so I'm not limited to just viewing a pre-existing, off-the-shelf set of charts.
Thanks for any suggestions you can give.

Matt,
Typically your hosting company should provide you with a program which gives a more detailed report of your website traffic. I would contact your hosting provider and see what they have available for you. Otherwise, website traffic analysis software can be fairly expensive.

Thanks for the advice, superhero2000. I'll check into it.

Hi Matt,
I have had great success with and integrating it with CCP was painless. Best of all, it's free!

Thanks for the recommendation, TheKiko.
In case anyone else follows this thread for suggestions:
I just noticed that ATS offers a boxed software called AdInformer. The price is very reasonable. I can't vouch for it, since I haven't used it yet. But I've been happy with CCP-related work ATS has done for me, so I'm going to try it out.

I use AXS on some of my sites too.. and like it very much. Good recommendation!

I am also new to CCP and was wondering the same - specifically, does anyone have experience integrating CCP with Urchin?
Thanks in advance...

Depends on which urchin package you're considering. Basic urchin analyzes log files so doesn't require any integration. Their campaign tracking module is compatible and I'd get an assurance from them ahead of time if spending the $ for the ecommerce module!
