Admin-Manage Product Options
Currently in Manage Product Options you see three columns. They are Update|Delete|Option Display Name. I need to see the Values. Is there a way for me to change the display to include the values? Thanks.

No, you won't be able to see the values - they're stored in a completely different database table than the one that's open for the listing.
There's another post out here asking about showing the reference name as well. Maybe that will help.

Thanks. Now. The Option Ref String is a Number. Is there a table I can go to to change that to text. Also, maybe it's too early in the AM, but I looked all over to find the table where the values are. I found the option table but it had a N where I expected to see values. thanks.

The values are in ./data/tables/optionsel.csv. Changing the refernence string is a little tricky as you'll have to do it in:
optionprod.csv - for the options themselved
optionsel.csv - for the selection item relationship
prodxopt.csv - for the product to option relationship
If you've got less than 10 it may be a good idea to delete them and start over.
