In the VALUE, not the NAME, right? Check out the updated HTML version of our manual for the ADC settings. I think you're right - that's probably the issue:

we've followed the manual exactly. we wonder about the ADC Direct Response Settings in Automated Direct Connect Settings section?
another point is that we don't see the hidden fields when submitting the form to the gateway.

Send your FTP info and Planet Payment login info to ec@kryptronic.com and we'll take a look. Maybe there's something awry in the Planet Payment setup. We'll know for sure if you send that info over and can include a fix in the update to CCP5 later today if we find something.

I think the issue with your setup is the URL being used for PlanetPayment in the form content section of the gateway setup. Right now it reads:
https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll
But it should read:
https://secure.planetpayment.com/gateway/transact.dll
It looks also like you deleted the username and perhaps some other info from that section. You should really visit our demo and copy out of there the correct content for that section and only update the your_username value in it.
