Yes, I can get the confirmation showing sent from buyer to me, but the buyer's email account did not get a confirmation mail.

Then there's a problem with the buyer email address. Make sure it's valid and you're checking the account. If that's not the case, post your mail server setting from Global Settings | Manage Program Settings.
