no submit button at end of Global Settings Pages-
I understand that there are supposed to be a submit button at the end of each page of Global Settings pages. I have scrolled down to the bottom of each of them and no such button appears. Is this a bug? I can't really set up my program until I can save these settings.

this was a tar.gz install, which went without hitch. I will send you the URL and passwords via email

Actually, if this was an FTP install, re-upload all of the files to the ./data/elements directory. You may be missing some of them. That's the most logical explanation...
