Is there anyone using custom shipping in ccp5?
I am convinced it is broken and would like to know if anyone is using it successfully.

It is not broken. We tested it out twice yesterday and once this morning in response to your post and have determined that it is 100% working. I think you've got another post out here with an actual script in it that we're going to check for errors.
