Shopping Cart Still Won't Empty

Ordering by Check results in clearing the Shopping Cart.
Ordering thru Viaklix does not, even though the order goes thru and I get an approval from Viaklix.

Is it possible that i'm set up such that the Cart is expecting a response from the Viaklix server?

The cart is absolutely expecting a response from ViaKlix.  We'll be looking at this later today for you.
