I started the upgrade process. It got really stuck on step 2 and at when you clicked next at step 3, i got this message:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.Please contact the server administrator, replicazone@hotmail.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.More information about this error may be available in the server error log.Apache/1.3.19 Server at wwwstylishshades.com Port 80

Also does CCP5 come with an affiliate program because i couldnt find one?

P.S. I know nothing was wrong with the installation because the webmaster installed it for me

Hey Yury. Your server is tremendously overloaded and slow - just about all the time. Try doing your upgrade at an off hour - like 4 AM when things are a bit slower on the box. You've got a ton of products and images that take a large amount of server resources to import.

Do you think I should contact my host or change servers. Is my website going to be running slow?

Also is my design going to come back to the original (stylishshades.com) when I finish it?

(1) Yes - contact them and find out why everything is sooooo slooooow. It really shouldn't be. I think they're machines are way overloaded.

(2) Yes - after the upgrade your HTML layout will be the same as your CCP4 site.

(3) Yes - It's in an element called 'Order Confirmation - Affiliate Placeholder' which can be edited under Manage Site Elements.

Ill contact my host on monday because they dont work on weekends. How would I use the affiliat eprogram. Are there instructions for it?

There are some HTML comments in the element. Just read them and it should be easy enough to figure out.

I read the tags but I dont know what to do with them. Is there a form where an affiliate signs up or do I have to add him manually?

That placeholder is if you belong to an affiliate program.
