Customization
It would be nice to have a list of what type of files are in each directory. I know most are self evident, but it would help greatly with customization to know for instnace exactly where the forms html is stored or where each type of graphic is stored. In some of the coding I think it would be easier to replace a file rather than use the admin interface.

I had that issue since the first day that I used CCP4 (I called it "not very user friendly") now we have a better admin but more files and more confusion even though it's better...
