According to PayPal, I've already had some customers use their Pay Later (paying in three instalments) facility and they're suggesting that I should add details of that to my site, so people can see we offer it.
However, in order to qualify for Seller Protection, goods must be shipped to the address registered with PayPal.
So what I need to do is to add an option for Pay Later, but *only* if they haven't selected "Ship to a different address".
I'm not sure where to change this, so any advice would be welcome.

It's not quite that simple as the registered address at PayPal may not be the billing address the customer has entered. And we'd only know what the customer's registered address is at PayPal if the order was being processed through Express Checkout. You could add a notice to the top of checkout alerting customers that the PayLater option is available, and in that notice you could state that you will only ship to the registered PayPal address. If you check that address on your PayPal generated order confirm against the K9 order before processing, and use the Order Manager to change it if it's different, I think you'd be good to go.
