Hello,
We've been getting a lot of spam Contact Us messages where the senders are getting past the Capcha Image. The way we've been trying to cut down the amount of repeat spammers is by blocking the sender's email address however sometimes they don't enter one and the default sender is our sendmail address. Is there a workaround where we could use something different for the contact us messages so we don't accidentally block our own email address? It's happened a few times by accident. I'm not sure if changing the security type would help or not given the Ai technology now that makes almost anything possible to get past these filters. Any suggestions?

We're looking into implementing newer/tighter captchas in an upcoming release. SPAM has always been a PITA. Using SpamAssassin to the fullest extent (training, etc) helps.
