Hi
I have acustomer who uses CCP4 and they have recently been experiencing problems with other peoples orders being displayed. Eg, a customer emailed them saying that when they entered the cart they could see another order displayed in the shopping cart table.
Any ideas?

Your client is linking into the cp-app.cgi script from HTML pages that have URLs with usr=some_number in them. Your client is effectively forcing every user into using the same cart when doing it that way. Have them remove usr=some_number from the links that they have in their HTML.
