Sitemap: When I generate a sitemap, I have noticed that only categories show up and no products, yet the setting is turned on. Can someone advise please. I have now noticed that my site is https://websitename rather than https://www.website name. when I generate a sitemap WITHOUT www. I get just Product Categories, when I include "www" I get everything. Also when I click the homepage link it directs to the site WITHOUT "www" wondering whether its something to do with: User-declared canonical

We need a URL to see what you mean. It sounds like you don't have your .htaccess file set up properly. Use System / Helpers / .htaccess File Builder to see what you should have there.
