Country Select Issue

I have just updated to 9.2, however when I try to use the Ship Estimate feature, if I put in a UK county (which is required), it blanks the country.
If I then set the country as UK, the county changes to "select", but when I put in the county...

The UK counties are tied to UK countries. Ensure you have UK country listings activated (UK - England & Wales, UK - Scotland Mainland, etc) instead of (or in addition to) United Kingdom. That will get those selections working properly.
