Setup Recurring Billing for Customers
Hello,
I see an option in product offers to enter pricing for recurring billing. Is there a way for the software to create a monthly invoice for a customer so that the billing is on the same day each month? The payment method is Purchase on Account which is set to allow recurring billing. Thanks

No. The recurring billing functionality in the software is tied into payment processing with supported payment methods (Authorize.net CIM, FirstData). Invoices are not created and billed periodically. With that said, we have several clients interested in expanding the recurring payment functionality to operate the way you are hoping it would. I'd expect that project to start up soon. Contact us in the custom shop for more info.
