When a customer tries to add a product to the cart, it says that it has been added but the cart remains empty. My administrator works fine and I have checked the permissions on /cgi-bin and /data. Is there anything else it could be? Thanks.
I believe you have a cookies problem. Be sure to check your cookies settings.
I don't think it is the cookies since it's doing it on multiple computers. Any other ideas?
The cookies need to be setup in the CCP program.
If they're not, the program has no way to keep track of the cart contents.
Go to admin/program settings/edit program settings and look at the first two lines. You need to be sure the cookie domain and path are correct.
Let me know what you get.
Having same problem, after cart worked fine for over a year, all of a sudden this error is happening. No settings have changed, and it is definately not a cookies problem, as the problem happens for anyone who accesses it.
I know for sure my cookies are enabled, as I have other carts setup as well that I test.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
