USPS Update - USPS Is Not Sending International Postage
Over this past weekend, USPS issued an update which has gone bad. It has resulted in postage for some international services showing as $0.00. This rate is coming directly from USPS. The affected services are:
USPS Priority Mail Express International
USPS Priority Mail International
USPS First-Class Package International
It is recommend that Kryptronic eCommerce customers use their management interface to disable these services. You can do so by using Store / Shipping / Realtime Services, choosing to update a service, and setting it's Service Active Status value to false. Again, this rating is coming directly from USPS.

It seems USPS changed the behavior of it's URLs (case-sensitive) for a short timeframe, then corrected the issue. Please read this article for more info:
