Can K9 handle the facility to merge two orders where the customer details are the same. We do get a number of customers that place separate orders for bespoke printing, and it would be nice to be able to merge these so only having to pay for one shipping.

No, but you could cancel one order, then modify the other with the POS to add the additional items. There's nothing wrong with just keeping the two orders in the system.
