Additional Confirmation Email Text, need asssistance please
According to the CCP manual instructions it does not mention that one may use HTML in the "Additional Confirmation Text" box, if this is the case, how does one go about entering, for example, an HTML link? a web page URL? a file download location link? What does one do to redirect a customer to some other location using an HTML link?

Don't use HTML, just enter the URL in your text. Ie:
Download URL: http://www.yourdomain.com/protected/file.tar.gz
