Reducing width of Sidebar

I want to put some information banners into the left sidebar, but the current size is too large and they're too obtrusive.

How can I make the sidebar smaller?

Currently, in your active skin's skin.php file, you are using CSS class 'kgridxcol25' for the sidebar, and 'kgridxcol75' for the content area.  Change to kgridxcol20 and kgridxcol80 and see if you like that.  If not enough, go to kgridxcol15 and kgridxcol85.
