Is there any way we can move a customer order from Active shipping and either place on HOLD or LOCK or move to Active review required.
Cases where this will be required is sometimes we get two duplicated order from the same customer, or with personalised orders we are sometimes left waiting for the customer to give us the details. It would be nice to be able to park these orders until ready to ship.

From the Active Shipping screen click into the order and at the top menu selections for the order click on "Edit Order & Billing Information" then from the TABS menu on the left click on "Processing Information" and you will see "Order Review Required Status*" with a drop-down menu with selections for TRUE or FALSE. Select "TRUE" and then click "Submit". This will return your order to the "Active - Review Required Menu"
