Multi-Site Setup
When setting up Multi-site for 2 sites, is it possible to use the "demo" site as the default and have the two sites that I'm building be added to that? For me, it would be helpful to have the original demo site available as a model to go back to for reference as I am learning and making changes.
Also, I'm having trouble suppressing a Category (Guitars) from the demo on both sites without deleting it or changing the "visibility" to "admin" as the only user group to be able to see it. This is what gave me the idea for keeping the demo site as the "default" site

You can always create a MultiSite named 'DEMO' and then assign all the demo categories and product offers to use just that MultiSite (using the MultiSite Limits field for each).
