I am trying various ways to display options and addons in order to make the page shorter as far as scrolling.
I have hats that have Options - size, depth, brim length - every cap has these Options and are required.
I have Addons (what I consider Addons) - embroidery, sweatband, fire resistant fabrics for most of the hats not required.
What I have noticed is that that unless I make everything an Option the choices get separated from the Item they were purchased with after Checkout.
Therefore, if a person orders one hat with embroidery and a second with the sweatband I have no idea which addon goes with which cap and must contact the customer.
I have tried, Inventory Addons and the Custom Package and neither is keeping the items together.
Is setting everything as an Option my only choice?
This is what I'd like the page to look like - https://weldinghat.com/Item/American-Welding-Cap
I would be perfect except for the fact that while checkout looks like this (perfect) - https://photos.app.goo.gl/PLMCka7mzuJz5ZVv9
The Invoice looks like this - https://photos.app.goo.gl/3kgnkUrT648UN4Ai6
I am open to custom shop work if needed. The example listed above is perfect IMHO and would like to keep it as is if I could keep the addons with the inventory items on the invoices.
Thank you.
