This is as far as i get with collect and email payment info - offline processing.
I have looked and searched everywhere for a solution for this and as a last resort i decided to post here. I am hoping it is something silly i have/not done. Please help as i would like to be up and running asap

Forget it, i uploaded and reset all the permissions again and it worked.
