Potential issue with repeat customers' passwords
We seem to have a problem with returning customers' passwords. I have tried the login and changed passwords both form my profile back end and admin back end and it seems to be fine.
However, is there a possibility that some of these have not been overwritten when we imported the existing database to the new one?
Please advise.
