Sales Tax Calculation error

Hello,

I have been dealing with the sales tax calculation for a while now.  I export the orders into Sage.  Once they are there the each order has be be opened and printed. For those states that calculate sales tax (Indiana & Kentucky) the rate is always 1 or 2 cents off. This was never the case in previous versions. 

Is there a file to look at the calculation method?

What module are you using to export to Sage?  Do the tax amounts in the export file match those in the database (ecom_orders and ecom_orderitems tables)?
