Hi,

We have been testing card payments for Pay Point (secpay) and while in test mode all works fine. The customer is sent off to the payment page and enters the test card before they are returned back to the thank you page as expected. However, on trying out a live card payment we hit a problem.

Coming back to the site we get this error:

The following error occurred while attempting to process your transaction: The URL that referred you to this page is invalid. It is not listed as a valid referring URL for the online processor selected.

Checking the url we find it is not coming back from the secpay site, but secure5.arcot.com which seems to be the 3D verify visa part of the payment process. If this is the problem where can I change the check on the URL to cope with this?

Using Store / Commerce / Processing Gateways, choose to Update the gateway, and under the Security tab, enter 'arcot' for the referring URL string, or to bypass the check, enter 'http'. You may want to bypass the check if 3Dsecure is not always active.
