The store was updated to https, but I am not sure this has anything to do with the problem. The WorldPay payment gateway is set to true/active but does not appear as an option at checkout. I thought this indicated a problem with the PHP code in the form but the code seems OK.
The WorldPay entry in the ecom_gateway table looks OK.
What do I do or check next? Is it a full (re)install?

Have you emptied cart and refreshed cookies?
Not sure if the gateways are stored when the cart is first created(as shipping options are)

A gateway not showing up usually means it's turned off. If it's on and not showing up, you may want to open a support ticket with us to address the issue:
