e-mail campaign

Is there an easy way to bulk e-mail my customers e.g. e-mail marketing/promotions?

Most V8 and lower have a bulk mail feature under System / Mail.  This feature was removed from V9 due to changes in the way mail is handled on the net.  You should really be using a service like Constant Contact, Mail Chimp or iContact to be handling bulk mail.  Version 9 is integrated with each of those through extension modules that allow customers to subscribe and unsubscribe from those mail lists within the store.
