Okay I have all of my accounts with UPS, USPS, and FedEx setup and all information has been added to the admin section for each realtime shipper. No matter which one is used for the realtime shipping at check out there is always a can't calculate error and shipping is always set to free. So the shopping cart is not connecting with any of the realtime shipping services.
Please help as this is keeping me from going live with the shopping cart software.
Thank You
Stan

Looks like I may need to update the software? I have version 9.0.1
How do I go about updating the software?

We've got a ticket open right now on an issue you're having updating to version 9.0.2. I'll look at that as soon as you answer my last ticket reply. I don't think your software version is the issue, however updating to 9.0.2 was a great idea.
You are self-hosted and may be on an old server that cannot communicate via TLS1.1 or higher, which as of June 30, 2018 is required for PCI compliance. For the past several months companies like UPS, Authorize.net and PayPal have been systematically disabling the ability to connect to their services using TLS1.0 and lower due to this PCI deadline. I would be willing to be that's what your issue is. Old server capped at TLS1.0.
If that's the case, we can help by setting you up an account on one of our servers and help you migrate the domain over to Kryptronic Managed Hosting.

No just checked with my admins and my server is using TLS1.2, so that s not the issue.

I have no problem with paying you to upgrade my version to 9.0.2 and fixing the issue with the shipping calculations.

Okay I have PHP caching disabled and the installer script is running, however I can not install bcause I do not remember the installer password. Is there a way to recover it?

So this was a pile of issues. Server had a wicked PHP Cache running that needed to be disabled. PHP was ignoring updates to PHP files. Then we learned USPS was never connected, so that was done. Then the host discovered TLS1.1 and TLS1.2 were disabled via config. I think that's how it shook out. Glad you're up and running again.
