Provide your payment information over the telephone

Hello
My store has the option of "Provide your payment information over the telephone" and when you use that option sends the client a order confirmation with the Order Status Pending Payment but it also sends the link for the tutorial and the password.  How can I remove the Provide your payment information over the telephone from the shopping cart.

Under Store / Commerce / Processing Gateways, update the Contact Customer payment method, and set Perform Order Updates to false.
