Customers keep emailing us to say they have already purchased the item. I then look into the product and see their email is still showing under Stock Notification Email List. I can see the daily cron runs but does not remove their email. Any suggestions?

That should be working as you expect it. Please run a test yourself to see if your email is removed or if it stays. It should be removed when you receive the notification email.

Hi Nick
Product became back in stock last Friday 26th Jan, Have checked the Daily Cron runs daily
This is the time daily cron tasks were last run for this component. 30/01/2018 17:40:22
If I go into the product and view Inventory, Stock Notification Email List, I can still see three customer emails which I believe will be receiving emails each day.
any suggestions?

Hi Nick
Entered my email and I did receive the email notification, on going back into back office I see the daily cron has run but all the email still remain within the Stock Notification Email List. Not sure why the list is not being cleared?

Ok, if you received the email then the job is running, and as you've identified, the list is not being cleared. I recall one or two issues with that early on with V8 in a couple of the very early lower versions. Can you check your version number and see if you're running a current V8 (8.0.9)? If not, I'd suggest updating your software. Please post back what you find. You can locate your version number (for the base CORE module) under System / Software / Installed Software.

Reply to that ticket, please, reference this forum post and I'll get back to you on there. This should be working for you, but I assure you it will work on your K9 install. That would be tested during the build if we were doing it for you.
